Shipping & Delivery Policy

What we deliver

Acme Business Solutions LLC sells professional services only: bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, advisory, and digital marketing and website work. No physical products are involved, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

How services are delivered

• Reports, statements and documents are sent by email or shared through a secure, access-controlled link.
• Bookkeeping and payroll work is carried out directly in the accounting and payroll software you use.
• Websites are published to your domain or hosting account; marketing work is delivered in your ad, analytics or content accounts.
• Consultations and reviews take place by video call or phone.

When services are delivered

• Onboarding begins within 3 business days of your first payment or subscription start, once we have the access and documents listed in your welcome email.
• Monthly services (bookkeeping, reporting, payroll) follow the calendar agreed at onboarding. Month-end reports are delivered by the 15th of the following month.
• Projects (websites, forecasts, clean-ups) follow the milestones and delivery dates in your quote.

Confirmation of delivery

You receive an email each time a deliverable is completed. If you haven't received something you expected, write to hello@example.com and we will resend it or explain the status within one business day.

Delays

If a delay is caused by us, we tell you as soon as we know, with a new delivery date. If it is caused by missing information or access, the timeline moves by the same number of days. Where we cannot deliver at all, our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies.
